Account and operator

These terms cover Fleet Horizons, its website and support, operated by Andrii Bala, an individual entrepreneur in Ukraine. You must have capacity to agree under applicable law, or parental permission where required. Protect your sign-in access.

Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit errors, interfere with the service, impersonate or harass others, publish unlawful content or another person's private information. Reports are reviewed; content or access may be restricted for violations. Contact support to request review. Shared-world outcomes depend on game rules and other players.

Purchases

Product contents and prices are shown before purchase. Apple processes iOS payments and refund requests. Virtual currency and items are for use in the game and cannot be redeemed for cash. Contact support if a purchase is missing. Account deletion does not itself refund a purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Content, changes and disputes

Game software and artwork remain the rights holders' property. You retain rights to your content and permit its storage, display and moderation to operate the game. Maintenance, updates and rebalancing may affect availability or play. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a competitive result. Paid entitlements are handled consistently with applicable consumer law. These terms do not exclude mandatory legal rights or liabilities. Contact support about disputes. Material changes will be communicated where required.
