Game and community rules
Effective date: 28 September 2026
Fleet Horizons is a shared strategy game. Fair attacks and rivalry are part of play; abuse of people or the service is not.
Respect other players
Do not threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate against or sexually exploit anyone. Do not publish another person's private information. Keep commander names, alliance names, descriptions and messages suitable for a mixed-age audience. Blocking a player stops direct contact; it does not make prohibited conduct acceptable elsewhere.
Protect accounts and fair play
Do not impersonate staff, phish, scam, spam, advertise, sell accounts or game currency for real money, use bots or modified clients, exploit defects, or interfere with the game or its security. Report a serious defect privately to support. Coordinated accounts or resource transfers intended to evade limits or gain an unfair advantage may be investigated.
Names, chat and player safety
The rules cover commander and alliance names, descriptions, public and private messages, and reports. Do not post threats, targeted abuse, hateful or sexual content involving minors, another person's personal information, scams or links meant to steal credentials. Do not bypass a communication block by changing accounts or using another game channel. Report immediate safety concerns to support with relevant context; do not publish private evidence in chat.
Automation and exploitation
Do not use bots, macros, modified clients or coordinated accounts to bypass game limits, manipulate the economy or gain an unfair advantage. Do not probe or overload the service, exploit a defect after finding it, counterfeit purchase evidence, or trade accounts or currency for real money. Normal in-game attacks, scouting and resource losses are allowed when performed through intended mechanics. Report defects privately instead of demonstrating them against other players.
PvP and reports
Attacks, espionage and competition permitted by game mechanics are normal play, even when a player loses resources. Threats or persistent targeting through chat, evasion of a communication block, and knowingly false or abusive reports are not. Report a specific message in the game; use support for other conduct. A report is reviewed, not treated as proof by itself.
Decisions and appeals
Depending on the facts and severity, we may dismiss a report, hide content, warn, mute chat for one or seven days, temporarily suspend game access or block an account. Serious safety or fraud risks may require immediate action. We record the rule and reason; a restricted player can ask support to review the decision and can still request account deletion. Purchases and statutory rights are handled separately.
How reports and appeals work
A report starts a review; it is not proof by itself. We consider the available message or transaction context, severity and repeat conduct. Outcomes can include no action, hiding content, a warning, a one- or seven-day chat mute, temporary suspension or an account block. Immediate action may be needed for serious harm or fraud. We record the reason and give the affected player a support route to request human review, without disclosing another player's private information or sensitive security methods.
