Who is responsible

Information and purposes

We process account and sign-in identifiers, email when used for sign-in, names, game progress, missions, alliance information, messages, reports, support conversations and preferences to run the game, protect accounts and resolve requests. Names and content shared in public game areas are visible to other players. Do not publish sensitive information.

Purchases and notifications

Apple handles payments. We process transaction identifiers, product, dates, delivery and refund records, but not full payment-card details. If you enable notifications, we process the push token, language, settings and delivery state. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, requests, security events and email delivery, open or click information.

Legal bases and providers

Where applicable, we rely on our agreement with you, legitimate interests in security and reliable service, legal obligations and consent when required. Hetzner hosts the game; Cloudflare provides traffic protection and email routing; Brevo delivers service emails; Gmail handles support email. Apple provides sign-in, purchases and push delivery; Google provides sign-in. Data may be processed in Ukraine and provider countries, with safeguards required by applicable law. Disclosure may be necessary for legal obligations or fraud and security investigations. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-service behavioural advertising.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections, authenticated access, restricted owner access and backups. No online service is completely secure. Account and game data are kept while needed for the service; support, moderation and purchase records may be retained for disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Restricted backups can persist until retired. Different categories have different retention needs.

Your rights and children

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact support; we verify identity and explain any lawful exceptions. We respond within the applicable legal period. You may complain to your data-protection authority. Notification permission can be withdrawn in device settings. Uninstalling the app does not delete server data. Parents or guardians can contact us about a child's information or missing required permission. Changes are published with an updated date and communicated where required.
