To request access, correction or deletion of account information, email [email protected]. Include your commander name and universe. We verify identity before disclosing or deleting data and explain any lawful retention exceptions. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. Uninstalling the app does not delete server data; refunds are handled separately by Apple.
